Blogging Pays!
Much to my surprise, I discovered yesterday that my blogs are doing quite nicely all things considered. This is significant as I have posted less than monthly for most of the last year.
It’s sort of a kick in the groin coz I also think, sheesh! What if I had been posting daily!
Now, I’m talking very small money here, only ten to twenty dollars a month. Chicken feed. But as I say, that’s for doing virtually nothing. Admittedly I have got over 300 posts on each of my sites - which took six to 12 months to achieve, depending on the blog. So you won’t make money from scratch with one post a month.
What led me to this discovery was work I’m doing for a rural radio station’s website that gets very little traffic. The owner asked me how to increase his rating in Google. My QwertyRash site - me just rambling on - has over 100 links identified in Google search. And many times higher in Yahoo and MSN. Their site has just 7!
Not surprisingly, I figure I should get back to more consistent and regular blogging! 
So if anyone asks if you can make money out of blogging, the answer really is yes.
And should you let it slide? Strewth, no! Keep it up, the money will come and keep coming.
