Finding Readers for Your Blog

New bloggers can spend so much time, effort and frustration trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t regards building up a loyal readership and/or a regular flow of new visitors.

Darren Rowse at ProBlogger has a series that, although written 12 months ago (which is an epoch on the internet), is still spot on today and a fantastic source of wisdom to save your hair and time.

Number one, not surprisingly, is most important though.

“1. It takes time - It may not be what you want to hear, but it unless you’re a genius, extremely lucky or have an amazing new idea, it takes time to build a readership. So settle in for the long haul and muscle up some patience.”

If you aren’t prepared to wait, to put in the hard yards, then move on.

It’s a four part series that begins here: Finding Readers for Your Blog (Part A): Blog Tips - ProBlogger
