Jer’s Novel Writer
I’ve looked at a fair few of the creative writing applications available for the Mac, tried a few, but none of them grabbed me. Yet with Jer’s, it grabbed my attention as soon it opened the read me. I was reaching for my wallet before I’d even tried it! (You can’t pay yet though, it’s still in beta).
As Jer himself says:
This program is all about momentum, and reducing the number of things that break the flow when I am writing. Jer’s Novel Writer is designed to help me keep writing when the creative juices are flowing, and then find all the things I need to go over again when I am more in a nitty-gritty mood.
I haven’t tried it yet, yet I knew as soon as I saw the margin notes, this was an application I wanted to succeed. It is still in beta. Give it a look if you’ve got a Mac. Support the guy. He’s on a winner.
I’ll try it out for a week or so and give it a full review.
