MacBook Air with AT&T Shared with iPhone?
Valleywag’s Rumormonger has rumored MacBook Air could have AT&T wireless access built-in. Not an original idea with respondents on that column have pointing out Windows PCs have had that facility for a few years.
But what if Apple cut a deal with AT&T so iPhone users could share their data component of their iPhone plans with their AT&T equipped MacBook? And not just the rumored new ultra light Macbook, but what if it was a feature option on all MacBooks?
Every iPhone buyer would then automatically take getting a MacBook a lot more seriously. Think about what could that do for MacBook sales!
