Nintendo Wii Injuries

You’ve heard about ‘em, and I’ve got ‘em too. Lots of aches and pains from playing on the Nintendo Wii. Surprisingly though, the most painful injury has been a strained muscle in my backside from ever stretching playing bowling. Not the sport you’d expect an injury.

The Wii, if nothing else, will tone up my upper body (as best it can) and increase my fitness a little.

If you haven’t got a Wii, get one, it’s worth it - injuries and all.

By any chance are you in the Chicago area. WGN Channel 9 is looking to interview people in the Chicago area who suffered overuse injuries from playing the Wii. Injuries such as muscle sprains or strains. Please e-mail me at kimberlywaterman@hotmail.com with only legitimate stories.
