Playstation kids don’t get the Wii

Veteran and hardcore gamers are apparently just as sold on the Nintendo Wii as everybody else, but I’ve noticed one group who seem to get bored easily by it: PlayStation kids.

We’ve had 8yo, 10yo and 11yo boys visit who own PlayStation 2. Each of them has quickly lost interest in the Wii. It seems they are used to lots of carnage and explosions, so can’t appreciate any other type of game.

One of the problems was related to their ability compared to my kids. It seems that if they don’t have the patience to learn, they want to go back to what they know coz they don’t like losing. Don’t know how Nintendo can address that.

Sorry for the off-topic post. Are you the Chris Howard who used to beta test armoured alliance?
