Should Apple give OS X 10.4 away free?
Robert X Cringley has a wild proposal about Apple giving OS X 10.4 (Tiger) away for free. I’m not going to spoil it on him. Go have read:

Now, why I comment on this, is because 10 years ago, I said Novell should give away Word Perfect free to every new or existing customer. They had a massive customer base then. That would have kicked both Word and Windows NT in the guts. The world would be a different place now if they had.
Are Apple brave enough to use their market strength to change the world?
