Nintendo Wii Injuries

You’ve heard about ‘em, and I’ve got ‘em too. Lots of aches and pains from playing on the Nintendo Wii. Surprisingly though, the most painful injury has been a strained muscle in my backside from ever stretching playing bowling. Not the sport you’d expect an injury.

The Wii, if nothing else, will tone up my upper body (as best it can) and increase my fitness a little.
