Grand Theft Auto 4 Cheats? You’re kiddin?!

Grand Theft Auto 4 (or GTA IV if you like) has barely had a chance to burn rubber across the game store shelves and the hottest search item on Google is for cheats! Give it a rest! Go play the game first. Man!

The New York Times said, “Grand Theft Auto IV is a violent, intelligent, profane, endearing, obnoxious, sly, richly textured and thoroughly compelling work of cultural satire disguised as fun.”

Hmm? But nobody wants to play game for its intelligence and rich texture, they just want to go all mindless.

What’s the appeal of getting cheats for a game before you’ve even had a chance to explore it? Why do games developers bother? Why not just make the game dead easy so all you have to do is drive around and commit mayhem? Take all the challenge out of it. Coz that what it seems people want.

Kinda furthers the myth about games players just wanting mindless violence.

Can someone explain the point of resorting to cheats so soon?
