Twenty20 IPL cricket the best thing in years

Who isn’t sick of watching the Aussies hammer everyone? What we’ve always lacked is seeing the Aussies compete against themselves. The domestic competition and the international compete against each other, greatly weaking the former.

Who wouldn’t have wanted to see Warne versus Hayden? Symond versus Lee? McGrath versus Gilchrist? And so on.

Well, in the IPL we are getting it. And it’s much more interesting for it.

Software tips: Checkout Google Calendar

Here’s another one I looked at and didn’t see the value of. But again, so wrong.
It’s quick add is sensational, it’s calendar sharing a breeze, it’s daily agenda emailled to you super helpful, but best of all is it SMSes you all your appointments beforehand.

What a difference a memory upgrade makes to my Mac!

After much resistance, finally upgraded my Mac’s RAM from 1GB to 3GB. The difference is amazing.
I needed it because I run Windows (in Parallels), Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Safari and Firefox all at the same time. Plus a few others like Mail and Pastor. Not surprisingly that was killing my machine.
